1. In a medium pot, add the beans, rice, tangerine peel, coconut cream and a pinch of salt.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
3. Add the sugar.
4. Reduce the heat to a simmer.
5. Simmer for 2 hours or until the beans are soft, occasionally stirring.
6. Add water if necessary.
7. Served garnished with tangerine peel bows.
