1. In a sauté pan, add the butter and garlic and cook until fragrant.
2. Add the garlic and butter, chicken, broth, tomatoes, salsa, cilantro and cumin to a slow cooker.
3. Cook for 8 to 10 hours on LOW, covered.
4. To serve, place some of the cheese into soup bowls, ladle the soup over the top, sprinkle with chips and a dollop of sour cream.
5. Serve and enjoy.
