Easy Egg Drop Soup

 

Ingredients -

1/2 cup Water
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
4 cups Water
4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
2 Eggs, beaten
Green Onion, chopped

 
Preparation:

1. In a small saucepan, whisk together the cornstarch and ½ cup of water.

2. Add the 4 cups of water and chicken bouillon cubes and heat over medium heat until the bouillon dissolves.

3. Slowly add the egg, stirring constantly until the eggs are cooked and the soup is heated through.
