1. Add avocado, cold water, whole milk, heavy cream to blender.
2. Puree until smooth.
3. Add lemon juice, seasoned salt, and hot pepper sauce to avocado mixture.
4. Puree until smooth.
5. Transfer soup to serving bowl.
6. Fold in tomato. Chill in refrigerator until cold.
7. Serve soup in chilled soup bowls.
8. Garnish with lemon slices. |
