1 cup chopped Onion 3 Garlic Cloves, sliced 2 tablespoons Olive Oil 2 (14.5 ounces each) cans Chicken Broth 1 (16 ounces) jar Marinara Sauce 1 (15 ounces) can drained and rinsed Red Kidney Beans 3 Celery Stalks, sliced 1 (10 ounces) box Frozen Mixed Vegetables 1 cup Ditalini Pasta grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese chopped Fresh Basil
1. Add the garlic and onion to a large pot with oil and sauté for 3 minutes.
2. Add the next 4 ingredients, bring to a boil and add the pasta.
3. Cook for 10 minutes, partially covered.
4. Serve garnished with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
