2 (15 ounces each) cans Black Beans, rinsed and drained
2 (14 ounces each) cans Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, undrained
1-1/2 cups Water
12 ounces can Corn, drained
2 Red Potatoes, cubed
1 cup Salsa
Preparation:
1. Add the beans, tomatoes, water, corn, potatoes and salsa to a 4 quart crock pot.
2. Cook for 6 to 8 hours on Low, covered, or until the vegetables are tender.
