1. Add water to bottom of double boiler. Bring to a boil over medium high heat.
2. Add whole milk, heavy cream, butter, coarse salt, white pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Stir and simmer 1 minute.
4. Stir in scallops. Simmer 10 minutes, or until scallops are cooked through.
5. Serve in individual soup bowls.
6. Garnish with paprika and fresh chopped parsley. |
