Ground Beef Nutrition
Ground beef is low in sodium, has no sugar, and is high in vitamin B12, zinc, and protein. It is good for muscle growth. On the negative side, it is high in saturated fat and cholesterol. Three ounces of meat has about 250 calories and 15 grams of fat. This varies a bit depending on the fat percentage in the meat you choose.
