1. Brown the sausage in large skillet over medium heat. Use wooden spoon to break up during cooking.
2. Drain off excess fat. Add sausage to slow cooker.
3. Add onion and bell pepper to skillet. Sauté until soft.
4. Add onion and bell pepper to slow cooker.
5. Stir in diced tomatoes, Great Northern beans, and beef broth
6. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours. |
