2 pounds Beef Top Round Steak, fat trimmed 1 envelope (1 ounce) Onion Soup Mix 2 (15 ounces each) cans Black Beans, rinsed and drained 1 (28 ounces) can Diced Tomatoes, undrained 1 (8 ounces) can Tomato Sauce 1 (4.5 ounces) can chopped Green Chilies, undrained 3 teaspoons Chili Powder 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1. Cut the round steak into bite size pieces.
2. Add the beef and soup mix to a 4 quart slow cooker.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
4. Cook, covered, for 8 to 10 hours on Low.
