1. Cook the onion and ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, until the onion is tender and the beef is no longer pink.
2. Drain the grease and discard.
3. Add the beef mixture to a slow cooker along with the tomatoes, frozen vegetables, potatoes, ketchup, salt and pepper.
4. Add enough water to cover the slow cooker contents.
5. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours. |
