Soup Making Tips -
Raw Meat Contamination
Separate platters should be used for raw and cooked meat. Do not take raw hamburger patties out to the grill on a plate and then transfer the cooked patties to the same plate. This will contaminate the food people are about to eat.

Soup Making Tips -
Bell Peppers
Green bell peppers are red, yellow or orange bell peppers that have not had a chance to ripen. They are more bitter at this stage than ripened bell peppers.

Soup Making Tips -
Moist Heat
The moist heat method of cooking, in the form of heated liquid, forces tough tissue in the meat to break down and become tender over time.
