2 quarts Turkey Stock
2 Potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 Carrots, peeled and chopped
1 Onion, peeled and chopped
2 Celery Stalks, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped Fresh Parsley
1 cup Milk
1 cup Cream
1 cup diced, Cooked Turkey Meat
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preparation:
1. Add the first 5 ingredients to a large soup pot and simmer, partially covered, until the vegetables are tender, which take about 15 minutes.
2. Add the milk, cream, turkey and salt and pepper to taste.
