Turkey Soup Provencal

 

Ingredients -
1 pound Ground Turkey Breast
1/2 teaspoon Dried Herbs de Provence, crushed
1 (15 ounces) can Cannellini Beans, drained
1 (14.5 ounces) can Fat-Free, Less-Sodium Chicken Broth
1 (14.5 ounces) can Diced Tomatoes with Garlic and Onion, undrained
4 cups chopped Fresh Spinach
 
Preparation:

1. Cook and crumble the turkey in a skillet over medium high heat.

2. Add the remaining herbs, broth and tomatoes and bring the mixture to a boil.

3. Turn the heat down and simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Add the spinach, stir well and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
