    Many years ago I ate at a restaurant that served 7 onion soup. It was not a clear broth, it did not have cheese, it did not have bread covering it, it was totally smooth, and totally delicious. The restaurant closed before I could get back to that town for more. I have been looking for a recipe ever since.
