Oriental Beef Broth

Ingredients -
2 (10-1/2 ounces) cans Condensed Beef Broth
2 cups Cold Water
1 cup Uncooked Fine Noodles
1/2 cup Dry Sherry
2 tablespoons thinly sliced Green Onions
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
 
Preparation:

1. Add condensed beef broth, cold water and noodles to large saucepan.

2. Bring to a gentle boil over high heat.

3. Reduce heat to low.

4. Cover saucepan with lid and simmer 10 minutes.

5. Remove soup from heat.

6. Stir in dry sherry, green onion slices, and soy sauce.

Freezing Stocks
Freeze stocks in ice cube trays. Once the trays have frozen, remove the cubes to airtight freezer bags.

Straining Stock
Strain small amounts of homemade soup stock by ladling soup into a strainer place over a large bowl, or stockpot. Straining a little slower results in better stock and easier cleanup.
