2 (10 1/2 ounces) cans Condensed Beef Broth
2 cups Water
1 cup uncooked Fine Noodles
1/2 cup Dry Sherry
2 tablespoons thinly sliced Green Onions
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
Preparation:
In medium saucepan, mix beef broth, water and noodles. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add sherry, green onion and soy sauce. Makes 6 servings.
