Cream of Pumpkin Soup

 
 
Ingredients -
 

29 ounces Pumpkin, solid pack
14 1/2 ounces Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 cups Half and Half

 
Preparation:

In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients except half and half; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the half and half until well blended. Cover and simmer until heated through. Serve immediately.
