Peach Soup

Ingredients -

3-1/2 pounds Fresh Peaches, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1-1/3 cups Heavy Cream
2 tablespoons Rum

 
Preparation:

1. Add chopped fresh peaches and ground ginger to blender.

2. Puree until smooth.

3. Stir in heavy cream and rum.

4. Chill in refrigerator at least one hour.

5. Serve cold in chilled bowls.
