Soup Making Tip
Storing Potatoes
Do not store potatoes in the refrigerator. The cold temperature converts the potatoes from natural starch to sugar.

Soup Making Tip
Refrigerating Potatoes
Storing potatoes in the refrigerator is not recommended. Potatoes turn from starch into sugar when cold, and taste sweet when cooked.
