Grilled Sirloin Soup

 
 
Ingredients -
 
2 large Beef Sirloin Steaks
5-6 Medium Potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 cup of thinly sliced carrots
2 large cans of Beef Stock or Broth
1 cup of Whole Kernel Corn
2-4 tablespoons Grill-Mates Seasoning, depending on taste
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 small clove of minced Garlic
Optional: 1 can of Mixed Vegetables
 
Preparation:

Grill the sirloin to Medium-Rare Doneness. Cut into bite-size pieces. In a large Stock pot Over medium heat combine Grilled Sirloin, Beef Stock, Potatoes, carrots, corn, mixed Vegetables and Grill Seasoning. Bring to a rapid boil; reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until vegetable are tender.
