Burger Vegetable Soup

Ingredients -

1 pound Ground Chuck
1 cup chopped Onion
1 cup chopped Celery
1 (28 ounces) can Whole Tomatoes, chopped
3 cups diced Potatoes
1 (16 ounces) can cut Green Beans
2 teaspoons Chili Powder
2 dashes Cayenne Pepper Sauce
2 (10-1/2 ounces each) cans Condensed Beef Bouillon
1 cup sliced Carrots
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups Cold Water

 
Preparation:

1. Add ground chuck, onion, and celery to large skillet.

2. Brown meat over medium heat. Break up ground chuck with wooden spoon while browning.

3. Drain off excess fat.

4. Add meat mixture, whole tomatoes, diced potatoes, cut green beans, chili powder, cayenne pepper sauce, condensed beef bouillon, sliced carrots, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and cold water to slow cooker.

5. Cover slow cooker, and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.
