Soup Making Tip
Remove Fat form Soups
After spooning off fat, get the final fat from the top of soups by placing unprinted paper towels on the surface of the soup long enough to soak up the fat particles.

Soup Making Tip
Freezing Soup
Leave room at the top of freezer containers for soup to expand. Otherwise the lid can be forced off during freezing.
