Turkey Tortilla Soup

Ingredients -
4 cups Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Uncooked Long-Grain White Rice
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
2 cups cubed cooked Turkey
1 (11 ounces) can Mexican-Style Corn
1 cup Medium or Hot Chunky Salsa
1 tablespoon chopped Fresh Cilantro
2 tablespoons Lime Juice
Tortilla Chips, broken into pieces
 
Preparation:

1. Add chicken broth, uncooked rice, and ground cumin in stockpot.

2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

3. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 20 minutes.

4. Stir in turkey, Mexican style corn, chunky salsa, fresh cilantro, and fresh lime juice.

5. Simmer until heated through.

6. Top individual servings with broken tortilla chips.
