1. Add chicken broth, white wine, celery, ginger, and soy sauce to stockpot.
2. Bring to a boil over high heat.
3. Stir in broccoli and onions.
4. Reduce heat to low.
5. Cover stockpot and simmer 4 minutes.
6. Stir in shrimp. Simmer 3 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink.
7. Remove from heat. Stir in chopped fresh cilantro.
8. Season with crushed red pepper, if desired.
