1. Add butter to a large stockpot. Heat over medium heat.
2. Blend in the all-purpose flour, salt, celery salt, and fresh ground black pepper.
3. Gradually stir in the milk and then stir in the stock.
4. Simmer over low heat, stirring until the soup thickens.
5. Add minced onion and lobster meat.
6. Season with paprika.
7. Simmer 10 more minutes.
8. Stir in the light cream and simmer another minute.
9. Remove from heat and serve. |
