Slow Cooker Bean Soup

Ingredients -

2 to 3 cups Dry Pinto Beans
1 Bay Leaf
10 cups Chicken Broth
1 small Onion, chopped
1 chopped Green Bell Pepper
1/2 cup grated Carrot
1 teaspoon Salt
Dash Red or Black Pepper
1 clove Garlic, minced

 
Preparation:

1. Add pinto beans, bay leaf, chicken broth, green bell pepper, carrot, salt, pepper, and garlic to slow cooker.

2. Cook on LOW overnight.
